• Nitazoxanide is an antiprotozoal used to treat diarrhea caused by giardia or cryptosporidium, illnesses sometimes called "Traveler's Diarrhea"

• Take with food
• Usually, this medication is taken once every 12 hours for 3 days; consult with your doctor
• Shake the liquid form before measuring
• Measure liquid form with dosing device provided

• Dispose of unused liquid medication after 7 days
• If you miss a dose, take a dose as soon as possible; however, if it's almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose
