Fluconazole is an antifungal used to treat fungal infections and prevent fungal infections in imunocompromised people. It cannot be used to treat viral infections like the common cold.
Dosage may depend on type of infection. Measure liquid medicine with dosing device included. Use medication for prescribed time frame, even if symptoms improve. Dispose of liquid fluconazole that is more than 2 weeks old.

Find medical help immediately and inform doctor if you encounter a serious reaction, including: allergic reaction, severe skin reaction, pounding heartbeats, flu-like symptoms, easy bruising/bleeding, weakness, seizure, rashes or lesions, liver problems. Common side effects may include: upset stomach, headache, dizziness, change in taste perception.
