Bisoprolol is a beta-blocker medication most commonly used to treat hypertension.

Contact your doctor if you have a severe side effect including (not limited to): shortness of breath, rapid weight gain, slow pulse, pounding heartbeat, numbness and tingling, lightheadedness, vision problems, bronchospasm. Other common side effects include: headache, fatigue, insomnia, joint pain, swelling, cold symptoms.
