URGENT ALERT!

URGENT: U.S. Government to Block International Prescription Shipments Next Month

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has enacted a new policy governing international mail shipments , with key requirements scheduled to take effect on October 22, 2026.

We have just learned that, under the planned implementation by CBP and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), virtually all prescription-medication parcels will be prohibited from entering the United States beginning on that date.

What’s Changing

Entry will be prohibited if the medication being imported is commercially available in the United States — even when it costs significantly more — or if the supplying company specifically markets to Americans. Make no mistake, this new policy is purposefully designed to force you to pay exorbitantly higher prices for the very same medications in the United States by eliminating your right to import safe and affordable medications.

These restrictions will apply to pharmaceutical parcels sent by pharmacies anywhere outside the United States. Taken together, they are expected to effectively close the personal-importation pathway that millions of Americans have relied upon for more than 25 years to obtain safe and affordable medications.

We are shocked and deeply disappointed by this decision and the devastating effect it will have on patients who cannot afford U.S. prices.

What to do now

Order every refill you'll need in the coming year, and do it well before October 9. Your prescription has to be verified, dispensed, and shipped across the border before the rule takes effect — that takes time, and our order volume is already climbing.

  • By October 9: we'll ship in time to clear customs under current rules.
  • After October 9: orders are filled on a case by case basis and only if the pharmacy can ship the medication to cross the border before October 22.
  • Inventory is limited. We're not restocking while the rule's impact is uncertain, so some medications may sell out.

Fastest option: Just give us a call at +1-877-202-1513. We'll refill at the same price, quantity, and strength as your previous order.

Today, we're asking you to do something even more important:

Please Contact Congress Now

The Campaign for Personal Prescription Importation (CPPI) has launched an easy online tool that allows you to send a letter directly to your U.S. Senators and Member of Congress.

It takes about two minutes. Simply enter your name, address and phone number and the system will identify your elected representatives and prepare the letter for you. You can also add a short personal story explaining how access to affordable imported prescription medications affects you or your family. A personal message can make your letter even more powerful.

Please don't wait. The October 22 implementation date is approaching quickly, and elected officials need to hear from patients now. The good news is that this fight has only just begun. This issue has only recently begun receiving broader attention, and we expect substantially more public and media attention in the weeks ahead. We believe a strong response from patients, physicians and other Americans who care about access to affordable medications can make a difference.

We're on it

Our pharmacy partners are prioritizing your safety and are processing orders as quickly as possible. If anything changes — including a delay or reversal — you'll hear it from us first

Thank you for trusting us with your prescription needs.
